Like an electric blanket, remove the battery and wash on gentle if you have an agitator as you don't want to break the wires. Hang to dry or dry flat would be my strong suggestion.

Mine arrived here in CA today. I tried them out after charging them to 100%. I don't know if I got a faulty pair or what, but they did not get warm at all, even though the app says 113°F. I really wanted these to work but these are going back to Amazon.

Medium and large sizes are no longer prime shipping. The coupon code only seems to work for XL size that ships with prime. Please let me know if I'm wrong so I can order one at the $15 price.

No mention of how many mah the batteries are… These are probably older small sized batteries from a couple of years ago
