I literally just complained about how i was returning their phone because my isp had a promo that gave me $705 $5 TIV for note 3 $700 bonus promo, for my note 3 towards s24 ultra 512gb. I wonder if my furious chats prompted this.

You chatted with a Samsung CSR and received a $700 TIV for your Note 3 by saying that your ISP offers that TIV? What your ISP? Can you please share your chat transcript?

No, sorry. I had originally ordered through Samsung. Then saw the ISP (charter) offer, then talked to them about cancelling via chat and they were trying to get me to keep it and give me a 200 credit but I was like, no I'd be losing money taking your credit I'm not keeping your phone etc... I was trying to cancel it before they shipped but it shipped and I have to send it back.

I just did this. Got 2 x note 3's for $100 and got 2 x s24 ultras for $1668. But our S22 Ultras are worth $500 each on swappa so we can get this upgrade for $768. Which is $384 for an upgrade. Is it the best deal? No, but if I wait 3-4 months they'll offer a deal where it would be $250~290 to upgrade and 4 months for $100 less and less work isn't worth it to me. Our batteries are already degrading, and I hate charging twice a day.
For those wanting the best deal, wait. But if you want a new phone now and have a more recent phone, do what I did.

I have an S22U I was planning on trading. Fortunately the deals sucked. I say fortunately because apparently users are very unhappy about how the display looks. I finally got a chance to see the S24U in the store.. Did a side by side comparison of a 4k youtube video. The S24U colors look aweful. and apparently Samsung says this is normal... lol no thnaks
