Yeah it's super chewy and gets stuck in all parts of your teeth, not a fan.

I got the choco ones and I tell you, maybe it is healthy and makes a good quick snack if u r on the road, but its annoying to eat and the taste isnt all that... basically good for plain sustenance if again it is truly healthy.

I'm curious as to how you find this annoying to eat, taste is certainly subjective, but this is an item that is unwrapped and eaten. It doesn't crumble or explode like a Nature's Valley bar, and it's not overly chewy like a Quest Bar can be. It doesn't need to be heated and can be eaten right out of the box.

I think this is massively and overly chewy and hard to take apart in the mouth, one of the worst I ever have eaten, and combine that with the taste, eating this is a C+ experience at best.

Why does a NV bar explode? You break the bar into thirds before you open it, then open and simply pick off each broken piece into your mouth, zero mess.... and then once done with the pieces, you pour the opening into your mouth to get the rest of the crumbs.... why is that a negative? Its actually one of the simplest things to eat.

I cant remember the last time I had a QB so cant comment on that.

I agree. I like them, but they are like taffy. Hard, sticky, and excessively chewy.

I would totally buy this stuff if they made it in a bite-sized pre-cut version. Biting a piece off the bar was the worst part I remember about them.

Thanks for the share. Maybe not as good a price per oz as some of the past deals on full size bars but still pretty solid.

As for the chewy complaints warming them up (just toss them in a pocket for a bit) really softens them up. Certain flavors are also softer than others.

6 grams of protein ? Mini to me would be 10 minimum.

Rip off.

My biggest concern with deals like these from Amazon is that they are either past the expiration date or very close to expiring.

Ive found that rxbars are not very chewy at all, unless you get them fresh & best by date is 9+ months away. I do prefer them on the chewy side so usually get them at Costco where I can see the expiration date.

Getting them on Amazon, they likely won't be very chewy as best by date is usually 4-9 months away - and if they are fresher then wait a bit.

Cheaper for full size bars at Costco even not on sale. $18 for 25.62 oz vs 11.50 for 14.72 oz for this deal.

I agree. I eat them often, when on the run and skipping a meal. It's better than a Snickers from a healthy standpoint, but not so good that I'm going to eat more than one, like I would with Snickers.
