The main issue is most haven't ever actually listened to a well implemented Atmos system in a home.
So they have no good reference to go by.
As long as people believe they are getting their moneys worth is all that matters.

My advice with this soundbar:
-Make sure to install the Samsung Smarthings app to get easier setup access
-Turn Off SpaceFit Sound (seemed to make the levels weird)
-Turn On Active Voice Amplifier
-If using a Samsung TV - turn OFF Q-Symphony (this tries to sub the TV speakers for satellites, but since you have rears here, it creates a weird echo effect in a lot of media)

Some people are fine with it and that's OK. But many are not and end up returning. I would highly recommend researching some previous threads and possibly some reddit posts before buying. If you're expecting much out of the rear speakers there's a high probability you won't be happy with this purchase...
