Bought this sander for around the same price (if not a little less) about 2 years ago, and IMO, it is not worth it.

I also want to point out that the kit in this deal went from 2x 5.0 batteries to just one Frown

What's your experience been to say it's not worth it? I've seen some mixed reviews.

I've been using the sander for a month. 3 reasons I don't like this sander.
1. With the battery, it becomes heavier than the one with wires.
2. Sometimes it stopped sanding even though the battery showed 2-3 bars. I had to turn it off and on again to work.
3. power was not consistent. You can tell the power drop after the first 2-3 minutes of sanding

Yup...the DeWalt Brushless one is better than this by far...and the Bosch 18v one is better than that.

This Milwaukee sander is junk and an embarrassment compared to these others that can be had for around the same price

When I see words "free GOOD" with purchase, I wonder who didn't have their cup of coffee in the morning, lol.

personally didn't like Bosch's sander, after maybe 10 min when you turn off then back on it feels like half power. I love my flex sander, really powerful til the end of battery, and love the form of it

I have a corded one from HF and the Ryobi battery one. You can get that around $40 pretty often with a hack deal.

There's nothing really that stands out about this one even at this price. This tool is old I'm surprised they haven't released a newer one

I just got one of these new full price, and it's not spinning when I try to sand with it, it's only oscillating and the oscillation is mild on these, it's almost more like a vibration, ended up with pig tails all over my work, had to hand sand them out...

so don't know about these, I only can recommend them for really light work and for people who want very little vibration to there hands.
