Finally, a proper spec of one of these. 3050s/4050s are not bad but this is where it gets really good

Error on their site, which isn't uncommon from BB. But if you see, the title on the page states WQXGA which translates to 1600p, 1200p is WUXGA.
Also, ASUS' official site states WQXGA/QHD+ and last year's models with dGPU only came with 1600p displays, not 1200p.

Excellent little machine for a very specific niche. This is the only gaming tablet (read: detachable keyboard) with a 4060 available. It's the lightest, smallest device that exists with a 4060, weighing about as much as a 13" MacBook Air if you detach the keyboard. It has a great 165Hz QHD+ display.

If that's what you're looking for this device is a no brainer. On the other hand its small size means that its power constrained. And even at this deep discount (the best price I've ever seen for this model) it's more expensive than other options. If you're looking for the best possible value then look elsewhere.

In my opinion the 4050 version that hits the sweet spot. It offers roughly twice the performance as the previous year's 3050 model, which is quite the step up.

But the Z13 is power constrained so the 4060 model really only offers about 10% more performance beyond that, and the 4070 (almost impossible to find) another 10% beyond that.

However at this sale price getting the 4060 model makes the most sense as it's (bafflingly) selling for cheaper than the 4050 model.

I was looking for the Z13 model with 4070, never found a good deal or a better price. End up buying the Lenovo Legion Pro 5 with RTX 4070 way cheaper than this price for the Z13 4060.
