"The 75-inch model uses an ADS Pro panel, so it performs a bit differently than the other sizes, as it has worse contrast and black uniformity, different reflection handling due to its glossy screen coating, and a wider viewing angle."

I haven't seen any of this line up in person, but that's giving me some pause.

I had mine delivered. The box is massive.
What are the upscaling issues?
I have this tv u75k and always have subtitles on what would you like to know.
Agreed, I own the u75k and the viewing angles are excellent, similar to plasma / oled.
Plenty of reason to hold off 4-5 months.
Really? I mean, I understand some reviewers seem to embellish the off angle viewing, but as good as Plasma/OLED? Really?
Edit: not being sarcastic here. I have genuinely been looking at the 75" u7k for a few weeks to replace my 60" Panasonic ST60 which seems to have lost its "pop". . Now I'm debating the u8k. Have an LG OLED upstairs but just don't want to pay the premium.

If you need a tv now that does not really help you.

Yes, https://youtu.be/ik_A3clCs5I?si=
U8K is obviously the higher end model, but the U7K is insanely bright itself and great viewing angles on the 75" as well with the IPS panel.
Haha agreed. I can't imagine another 500 more nits for peak brightness.
It's funny because I have been readding some reviews on the u8k and while most comment about how bright the tv is, some actually listed it not being bright enough as a con against it. Some people are just really looking for a super bright tv. Maybe they have a bright room setting. Not sure. The u8k reaches near 2000 nits, allegedly, which should be more than enough for HDR content.

Really. I picked up the 75 U7K a few weeks ago because I prefer IPS. It has exceeded my expectations. You have to be almost parallel to the TV to notice any color shift. I spent a month researching and went window shopping at BB and was sold on the U7K.
