I have a universal reward program registered but it won't let me log in to link my MA account to it, citing I need to validate with a purchase. How do you get around this bug?

Edit: Had to create a new account and link my MA account to it at registration. After that, I made the purchase. Once I have Universal movies registered on MA, they should flow to UR.

Let's see if that works.

Unfortunately it doesn't let you create a new account and link it unless you have a valid purchase in the past two weeks. So I guess we have to buy this deal, redeem it and only then create an account.
