obviously this is subjective, but zatarains is the "real" crab boil seasoning for some folks.

Even at these prices, you are just paying a crazy amount for Salt, Sugar & MSG. 1 level teaspoon is beyond your entire daily allotment of salt alone.

This thing is 99% salt with added flavors, if you use it as salt, you will not make it overly salty.

Live in Texas and just recently went back to LA to visit family. Lack of rain followed by extreme temperatures has hit the crawfish crop hard.
