Anyone know what the shelf life is? I don't have cold sores very often, thankfully, so I don't want to buy and then have it expire.

MD antiviral tube works 100% better for me- this stuff is too weak. Some people have luck, but the prescription stuff is way more effective imho

I find that Lysine topical and oral works the best for me and it's relatively inexpensive and proven.


Also, avoiding foods high in arginine has been key. Popcorn being one of the worst.

Like someone else mentioned - lysine pills / lip ointment has worked much better for me, and is a good bit cheaper.
