Microphone on this sucks. You have to place it perfectly or people can barely hear you. I had one for work for a bit. Constantly trying to get it just right. Couldn't believe how direct it had to be.

Having only one earpiece will not perform as well as stereo (even though it's still technically mono). I'd find something for both ears.
