Very high in mercury - best to limit consumption or use varieties like chunk light.

Some of the items with the 40% coupon also qualify for an additional 15% off when you buy $30 worth so I went with Bumblebee Chicken Salad kit 12 pack (been waiting for the 12 pack to be included in one of these coupons for a while) and 2 jars of Maxwell House Decaf (minimum 2 required) and it was $20.56 for all 3 shipped.

Another thing to consider is where the mercury is stored in the tuna. Its mainly in the *viscera layer, so solid white is better than the grey chunk meat as that's further away from the layer.

No. For Bumble Bee Albacore, CR recommends no more than 2 cans of albacore a week or 8oz of drained tuna. According to CR, it is lower in mercury than other brands.
