Soundbars are not included in 90 day return. I know I've done so!
If you're buying this because of the Atmos feature or wondering about it… it is anemic at best. It's there… barely… but it's not the feature I would buy this for. NO soundbar from any company will give you true Atmos sound. Those that swear their soundbar produce a great Atmos experience was sold on the hype or marketing. If you want good Atmos sound, you'll need a dedicated home theater system that is 5.1.2 or 7.1.2 or 5.2.4 or 7.2.4 or whatever combination of LCR, surrounds, sub, Atmos speakers
I have this system in my loft (except with Play:1's for surrounds] paired to a '82 Sony, PS5, Apple TV 4K, Xbox One… the soundbar produces decent LCR. Dialogue is excellent. Bass is pretty good. Not jaw dropping, not earth shattering, but should satisfy most people who've never experienced a 15" sub on a daily basis. Those who "know" bass won't be impressed with this sub. Surround sound is where it shines. You definitely get the experience that sound is all around you.
And let's not forget… this is a wireless surround system. No speaker wires running through walls or along the base boards. You just need power outlets for each speaker and an HDMI cord for the soundbar.
This Sonos System doesn't hold a candle to my Home Theater Atmos system in my living room. But it still a great system for my loft. My teenagers and their BFs watch movies in my loft and think it sounds great. As do I. They crank it up. It gets pretty loud… surprisingly loud. It can shake the walls in a small room.
Another note… if you're in the Sonos Ecosystem or looking to get into it… the Multi Room music controlled by the app is nothing short of amazing. It just works. I haven't found any other multi room WIRELESS system that works this well. I have the old Play:1's in stereo pairs throughout my house. You can play the same music in all the rooms simultaneously, or have different music playing in another room than the rest… all controlled by the Sonos app… just amazing. Also have a Sonos Connect that is S2 app compatible (older models were only S1 compatible) that allows my living room Home Theater to connect to the Sonos Ecosystem. Just awesome…
$1500 is pretty steep for a soundbar system… but the Sonos does more than just offer a sound system for your room… While others may or may not prefer sound from Samsung or Bose etc… the ability to connect to the Sonos ecosystem and the multi room capabilities is a standout feature.

I also had the original Playbar which was also an excellent soundbar. My ex uses it now. She loves it. I actually preferred how the Playbar sounded over the Arc… but that's me.
