These basics devices are huge. I don't believe these are GaN, you can get an Anker (yes for more $$) that's literally 1/4 the size with the same output.
As someone who has replaced a bunch of outlets in my '95 built home, this happens mostly from contractor grade outlets that are used during construction. These are cheaper and not made well when compared to the commercial grade outlets I switched mine out with.

If a plug isn't holding well (even at the weight of this brick) it's a hazard that needs to be addressed.
This one looks to be the real deal and not that other Belkin one. This AMZN one looks to be a rebranded GaN belkin device https://www.amazon.com/Belkin-Cha...B088T4HX7F

If you only need a 40 watt non-GaN charger, these are a bargain. 2 for $14.95 - $2 coupon. I just got mine a few days ago and so far, they've been great. It has two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports and it's not much bigger than a regular one port charger. I've been charging 2-3 things at once and it seems to perform well.

It cracks me up that the 4-pack is $39.99. why not just buy 2 x 2-packs for $30 (without coupon)?

Bought this Nov 19 for $10 shipped (from the previous fp woot deal) and have absolutely no complaints at this price it still worth buying if you need a 60 watt (max one port) USBC charger.

This deal is dead but I got it for $10 a few months ago. https://electronics.woot.com/offe...-charger-1 [woot.com] Its basically the same charger that's in today's deal but with a USB-A and C
It just seems like a big brick for only 2 ports. Should offer an additional port for the size. I think.

Also this Anker 2 C 1 A GaN II is $32 at amazon atm

I use the Ugreen but the Anker looks good. Ugreen slightly ligher while Anker slightly smaller. I think both these are about as compact/light as you can get for a 65w dual USB C and one USB A charger. Way more versatile than the bricks you get with Macbook or others are using.

Woot products typically only come with a woot 90 day warranty.

Yes this is why it is the human centipede of product sales. The crap of the crap sold on woot just so they don't have to honor warranty.

Thanks! This is helpful. Does it charge 2 phone and tablet at high speed? OR only 1 on 20W and then rest slow down?

I only have one high speed device so I can't tell you for sure. The specs don't differentiate between the two USB-C ports so my guess is that both USB-C ports can output 20W simultaneously, for a total of 40W. I believe the USB-A ports top off around 18W. I'm no expert on this stuff so you might want to look at the Amazon page. If you only need one charger, I think it costs around $9.

Are GaN chargers really better or is it mostly hype? If I already have a satisfactory 68 watt non-GaN charger, is there any reason to switch?
GaN is a transistor technology that is primarily useful because of high heat tolerance. GaN itself has no benefits to the consumer, it is up to product designers to use GaN in a way that's useful, usually it means smaller chargers but also high power chargers like 140W+ probably require GaN to be of any reasonable packaging. You should judge the products themselves and more or less ignore GaN, but many premium products worth buying will happen to have GaN.

Ah, thanks for the explanation. Now I finally know.
