Eh. I prefer to have the ability to at least get something back in case I don't like the game. You can't do that with digital, at least on the console manufacturers storefronts.
I bought this for the PC and couldn't even beat the first boss so I just moved on to Starfield
Yeah, the first boss is hard because you're limited to the load out they give you. Once you beat it the game starts to open up and you can customize your mech to suit the level. I'd say give it another go with that in mind.
I still couldn't get past the 1st boss after tutorial it's super annoying
There's a particular boss early on that's collosal. You start in the desert, and it fires a powerful beam from afar. You have to climb on it after coming into range.
I like the concept, but it took awhile for me to get past it. There's another early level with an optional boss and you barely do damage to it. I found myself running out of ammo a lot.
Like Dark Souls III, the first boss is tough for first-timers. Just stick with it. You'll learn how to strafe, dash, and hide when you hear that woop-woop alarm. The struggle is worth it to experience the rest of the game.
The beginning is the hardest part of the game...when you have select few parts...game become more and more manageable I'd say...really fell in love with this game, beat it 3 times, more than any other game
Been looking at this game. Never played any other of the AC games. Is possible to just jump straight in and kinda get a sense of what is going on story-wise?

currently says they're out of steam keys but you can buy and they'll send them when they get more (not sure how/why that happens but its reliable)
