I went to pick up the order. The young guy kept counting the bars over and over. He said there was 48 in the package. I said there are only 12 and the order says 48. He scanned the package and it said 12 count 48 bars in the description. He counted the bars 10 times like the number would change. Then he said he could not do anything about it but would go back and ask the manager. The manager said it was clearly a misprint. The order from the link is only for 12 and the description is wrong. That I could only cancel or take the 12. Not worth the time to go and try they are not going to honor it.

Yeah I got 1 box of each being delivered plus shortbread pie shells busted up so I refused. I knew I could get some credit but didn't feel like messing with it. When I have an issue and do a chat they usually also send me a $5 or $10 credit for future order as well for anyone who feels like dealing with it.

went online Ordered. Pickup only gave me one box of 12. They gave a corporate number to call. When I called I got a runaround. I told them it was false advertising. The authoritative person I spoke with. claim that it was just a mistake. Mistake or not they still needed to give me the deal. She said the best they could do was refund me my money. I got 12 bars for free. Still haven't gotten the refund yet though.

Yeah Irish spring original doesn't smell like the original anymore. They changed the formula. Really bummed. I only have a few left of the old one and I guess those will now sell for gold!

I did instore pickup for this and they refused to honor it. Guy tried to tell me that each individual box in the 12 pack had 4 little soaps

Walmart will send you one box. You can call customer service and complain, but they will tell you to keep it or return it. Not worth the hassle.

I ordered this from Wal-Mart for store pickup. Chatted when they only gave me 12 and they refunded me the whole order. So didn't get 48 which is what I wanted, but got 12 bars for free.

Score ! Haha. So i did pickup and sure enough the delivery guy showed up with 1 box of 12. I told him the order is for 4. He said he'd check with his boss and left. 5 mins later he shows up with 3 more and tells me ; congrats you have a lifetime of soap. He asked me how long it took me to find that deal. Told him not very long ! Thanks slickdeals !
