New product development has slowed, if not stopped, and support of existing products is non-existent, now sending people through an automated chat interface that either sends you to product manuals or the retail site to push you to buy new products. Most recently, squirrels chewed through the cable between a solar panel and a camera I have in a tree. You can't buy just their proprietary cable from them, they make you purchase an entire solar panel set again. Really needless and wasteful.
Also, you now can't interact with the system without it trying to sell you something or upgrade subscription service. Seems they have moved to the business model of offering cheap devices in hopes of selling recurring subscription services - they now try to monetize every aspect of their operations, which is in your face when you open the app.
I wouldn't be surprised if the company goes out of business soon.
You have to go through endless hoops and loops to cancel any subscription. Which is tricky worded---seems to cancel you have to go with another plan.
.
About 8? email exchanges with them, they still would not cancel. Kept referring me back to the hoops and loops method to cancel any subscription.
eventually just canceled my card so they would not keep charging.
edit-
i own 3 of their cameras and was about to buy another than the above happen and wised me up.

I recently attempted to cancel.. After following their detailed instructions on how to cancel and what to click on , the area to "cancel" was greyd out... It would not allow me to cacel ! and getting anyone on the phone is impossible..
