I didn't say I bought 3 of these.

I was referring to buying 3 smartphones and not being able to buy more online.

Sheesh. What is your problem????

Yes, it is working with Jio. My mom is using it since 3 days. I haven't checked if connects to 5G. Inside the house, it was connecting to 4G LTE. I need to do a screenshare to check the details as she is not smartphone literate to check and tell me the details

Did the terms and conditions for unlocking change? My phone now says and the website says 365 days since activation. It was 180 when I bought it but I don't know how to prove that now.

Purchased online in January. Waited 181 days to attempt an unlock. First attempt failed (server error). I was successful using the instructions provided on my second attempt. I have another phone that qualifies for an unlock in mid-August. Hoping it goes smoothly ...

6 months from the date you activated the device. Try exactly after 180 days. Please read the WiKi for more details including the unlocking step

Which is what I can't find where the instructions are. Never mind, I found it now, but it still says it hasn't been met, but in the readme info, it says 365 days. I hope not.

Go to apps, find the unlock app and clear cache/data, then try again. Just had the same thing and this worked for me. Good luck!
What is the unlock app called? I don't see one under my apps. Still shows locked and it's been. over 180 days.

There's an unlock section under about phone settings. Is that it?

Just type "About" in the main (system) search, go to "About Phone" and find "Network Status". Mine still shows NOT met 180-day requirement on the screen

Metro changed the unlock policy to 365 days - hope the new policy doesn't affect the purchases already made.
