Called and also talked to online support, both confirmed they're sold out nationally so if you do see one it's under the radar / not showing up in inventory properly. Snatch that thing up.

No, watched a 4 min YouTube video & took about 1.5 hrs to assemble. Sadly missing the meat probes. Will call PitBoss is the morning.

Appreciate the feedback. Mine is available for pickup on Thursday, so was just trying to get an idea of what's in front of me. As for the meat probes, I've heard Pit Boss customer service is pretty good, so hopefully no issues getting them to send free of charge.

Yep, called this morning and rep registered my grill, said 5 year warranty, sending the meat probes in the mail and assured me that the play in the sear grate handle is supposed to have play. Very good phone call. I'll Prime and season tomorrow or later this week.

Can confirm this is a smoking deal. Made a brisket yesterday. Came out amazing.
One con: The left side of the smoker gets ~40F hotter than the right side. Mitigated by rotating the brisket half way through.

Thx for the tip!! How big was your brisket and how long did it take? Brisket is my absolute favorite. I might try putting it on the shelf with a water pan underneath. I still need to get out there and do the burn in.

Brisket came out amazing! It was my first attempt at a brisket. I cooked it low and slow so it took about 19 hours. Put it on at 9pm at 200F. In the morning I bumped the temp up to 250F. Wrapped it around 175 internal. Pulled it off at 203 internal. Rested for 3 hours in the cooler. 1/4 inch smoke ring and delicious.

Oh there CS is top notch. Quality is ok but the CS will have me buying from them again when needed, Reminds me I need to call them tomorrow. Igniter on my Memphis is dead again for the 3rd time.

Curious how long it ran at 200 until u needed to refill the hopper? I'd rather not have to wake up early. 😬

Put mine together today and was also missing the meat probes. I'll be calling customer service on Monday.
