No, a troy oz is ~31.1 gm so your math isn't right (you are probably calculating based on a regular "avoirdupois" ounce which is lighter ...about 28.35gm). Its more like 3.22 troy oz => $6472 at the $2013 rate you mentioned. But if you consider 2% costco exec member cashback and credit card cashback or points and factor that in, it works out to below spot
