how sure are we that this is a real deal? I don't see any mention of it on the firehouse website, and its not in the app or anything when ordering.

Depends on whether it's their legal name. Many Asian Americans adopt Western names as nicknames to avoid getting their names butchered in every ceremony or to minimize the general "otherness" that they experience frequently, such as promotions like this one.
