For $35 which includes all taxes and fees, Visible plus adds on 5G ultrawide band access, 50gb priority data (same priority as Verizon customers get), and international coverage. There's not another plan with any mobile company that matches that. It's the best bargain out there for what it offers. But if you run into any issues then you will have to deal the worst customer service you've ever experienced in your life.

I have not noticed any changes in speed with this. I have a Pixel 8, so it should not be a phone issue. I'm leaving in a few days for Boost Mobile. Prepaid a year for $150 (plus $40 for a phone).

Just FYI, I upgraded yesterday and I just started seeing the 5GUW icon a few minutes ago (took a while lol). Speeds don't seem to be affected, but I guess reliability/prioritization will be improved. Still going to test that, but not sure yet if the extra $15 is worth it..
I've had both plans, the 5G UW is honestly such a niche use case you'd have to know you need it to ever notice any difference.

The big draw is the 50GB priority data. Depending where you are, deprioritization on visible can be ROUGH. With Visible + you genuinely get a top tier Verizon plan for an excellent price. So if you are in an area with acceptable Verizon coverage, it's hard to beat the value of this plan.

More than likely, it won't be noticeable unless you are really doing something to push it.

Same thing with broadband at home. Our family works from home x2 during the day Zoom and team calls, decent sized file downloads, ps5, Xbox series x, gaming pcs, switches x2, two kids who live on devices, about 40 iot devices cameras, Nas devices x2 etc..

Outside of just taking longer for new game downloads (which preloading, and auto updates are a thing to offset) we never have needed more than 100mbps combined...

I disagree. I have had ZERO issues with their online chat. It has always been a great experience and they have solved my problems (even as an abuser of the system who got a lot of free phones from them and more... will leave it there).

I just got the $40 Moto 5g deal with Metry by T-mobile and the customer service has not been good at all. I have had issues during the purchasing process with a customer verification that made no sense and made me fail it twice (still got two pending $40 on my CC). The chat I had with them with issues regarding not receiving texts from them (although everything works) and not having a hot spot was solved after a long time chatting with them and them ignoring my specific question (maybe that was AI, now that i think of it). They don't have an online chat (used their facebook chat instead).

Of course, YMMV, but Visible has been very good for me.

Is there a big difference between the Visible vs Visible+ plan? I am on the regular plan and quite satisfied with it, no issues so far. I'm thinking about upgrading but not sure about the difference to justify the extra $10
YMMV obviously depending on towers/location but I live in a very heavily congested area and never, ever had throttling issues or anything like that. I keep hearing otherwise, but I personally don't see the point of the "upgrade". Like, it wont change my service at all, i feel like.

I was about to post my 2 cents so I'll reply to yours.
I been on visible 2022 and 2023, first was the premium plan, now is the cheaper one
2022 it was so fast I was saying do I really need the premium one
so 2023 when I ported back to visible I went with the cheaper one. I'd say majority of the time I don't feel any difference, and even the cheapest plan I have UW band shows up on my Fold 4, I think every once a while it may be a bit slower(not priority data) but it's very hard to notice.
When I moved back there was no deals so I went with the $25 instead of $45 plan and haven't regret it once.

You probably don't need it.

Unless you are on a tower that is over saturated, the service is identical. For me, regular visible is completely useless when I'm at the park when it's crowded or at my gym when it's crowded. The deprioritization can be very bad on visible.

If you're never getting deprioritized, then you have no need to upgrade because the service is basically identical otherwise.

In some areas, regular is really good. In Sacramento, we consistently get around 200 Mbps. If you're getting that level of speeds, I'd say stick with Visible. In the bay, it's worse, max around 60 at night but daytime is a bit rough. So I'm thinking of swapping to Visible+ to get a bit of priority
Visible is awful in the bay. Cities like Berkeley and Oakland, gl, I don't get usable data even tho I have bars

You tell us. Are the plan features comparable?
USM deprioritization was killing me.
Us mobile is premium data, there shouldn't be any difference compared to visible+ except for the 30gb limit

I'm a previous Visible customer and would like to test drive this premium service before I cancel T-mobile. Can I run both on an iPhone 15 pro at the same time?

Mint Mobile is the worse customer service ever.

Based on this $35 plan and a user that already owns their device. What's the real monthly bill figure after everything else tacked on?

I'm in a rural area so I rarely get deprived priority, but for an extra 5 bucks I'll just give it a shot.

I do like how they didn't immediately reset my month and charge me right away. Classy.
