Get ready, early MSRP on the 2024 sets show single cars at $27. I mean at least they dropped the idea of going up in $5 increments. The jump to $25 was a 25% increase, $27 is only 8%

Everyone knows the Speed Champion series is meant for adults. Like a 9 year old would appreciate a R34... My kid was never really into these. The builds are actually a bit tricky on some. I bought myself the Lamborghini Countach at the time. Sits on my desk. Kid isn't allowed to mess with that one.

Lucky you, my kid... from age 5 onward was "Daddy when are going to build this one?" Not realizing that was my relaxation, now the only building I get is I'm allowed to put the stickers on.

Same, but lately, my boys getting to teenage years, don't rush to build as much. But that is due to the sheer volume of Legos we have now, that it is not as unique as it used to be.
