Decent if you already own 1 and all of its DLC, otherwise I'd wait and buy the "All You Can Eat Edition" with both 1 and 2 and all DLC when it goes on sale for $20 or less. Was $16 in Nov.

Awesome game to play with wife, in coop mode. I am not able to help much with cooking at home, but I rock at cooking in this game. This game also calms my wife who questions my purchase of xbox x.

Also, this version doesn't come with crossplay if you have friends on different platforms you want to play with. The 'Overcooked! All You Can Eat' edition has crossplay between all systems, but it's a little bit more expensive.

All you can eat has lagging issues still. Played it last month.
I would still recommend getting 2 and 1 separate and not Al l you can eat.

It calms her? My wife played once and said, "NOPE!" It made her way too anxious.

Not sure if you're joking, but no. Xbox is backwards compatible, AFAIK.

The engine in AYCE is a major improvement over the first two games, especially on the Switch.
None of them are perfect, but to say AYCE is worse is just categorically false.
