You're better off. Eneba "merchants" resell digital keys and codes, so you have to immediately use them before it's resold and used by someone else. Eneba is no help either.
No - only good for digital purchases from the PSN store. Can't use on hardware like controllers, disc drive, consoles, headphones, etc.
After tax and service fee you're saving about 7$ is it me or is this not an actual deal?

Yeah I've used them before with zero issue, but this time I got a code with ?s in several spots instead of letters/numbers, so now I get to wait on a refund. Love this.

Final Fantasy VIII Rebirth, Dragon Dogma 2, Unicorn Overlord, Persona 3 Reload, etc - a lot of good games to buy from so good timing.

My ISP is blocking the validation link required to complete the purchase. Disappointing. Especially considering that the PlayStation Store will not accept payment from any of my perfectly valid credit cards or my PayPal account and the only way I can buy ANYTHING from the store is by funding my wallet with gift cards.

Not worth the risk of getting a used code. Refund is such a hassle. Just buy from Costco.
I was disappointed that Costco did not do any 20% off discounts over the holidays last year for any game cards. It seems like 20% off is going away in favor of 10% off.

I would always wait til Black Friday/Christmas and stick up, but things are changing.

Just use tethering from your phone. It's almost always free and won't block anything because it doesn't go through your ISP.

Do you live in a country that's well known for scamming and gets blacklisted by default based on your location or something? It seems strange that Sony would decline multiple forms of payment from you, especially PayPal, unless it's automatic or you've done something in the past to get yourself flagged by Sony. I could see an ISP blocking Eneba links due to its shady nature, though. They're probably doing you a favor.

Good call. Why bother with the hoops and risk for less than $3 savings compared to Costco.

Because not everyone, like myself, has a Costco membership. Sam's has a similar deal but the store I go to never seems to have it in stock. And I can't seem to find it on their website so it's usually something like this or wait for Black Friday.

I live in the good old US of A. As far as I can tell I've never done anything out of the ordinary to make Sony think I'm a bad guy. I just wish there was a way to get someone to help me.

Does it specify why the payments are declined and have you submitted a ticket with Sony or PayPal? I'd think both companies would love to take your money, especially for a subscription.

If your ISP is blocking the verification link, you should be able to get around that by just changing your DNS servers to a different one like Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 ) on your device, router or web browser. Alternatively, a VPN would work. Most cost money, but a free one would probably be alright if you were only using it for the link.

I've read customers having bad experiences.

Personally, I have bought before from CD Keys and never had a problem.

They've banned people before and it wasn't clear why so that's sadly a risk we take.

I'm glad I'm not banned like that. Well, I mean my son is glad because he's the main user of the account. They just won't take my money... I have purchased PS Plus subscription codes from CD Keys in the past. I wonder if that had any impact on my current predicament.
