Sweetwater has 2-packs of Ernie Ball electric guitar strings in selected gauges for $10 with free shipping.

$5 a pack isn't an absolute best deal, BUT it's the best price I've seen in ages when buying only 2 sets of strings. Single packs sell for $7 each. Usually you have to buy 10-packs or more to get to under $5 per pack. This is a nice way to try a different gauge or have a set or two without stockpiling two years' worth of strings.

There's a dental hygiene program within a couple hours of the vast majority of people in the US where you can get a very honest examination, radiographs, and cleaning for about $30. You can contract out an entire dental team to work with you to fill a tooth for $150 of which only $45 is profit. You can avoid most tooth decay by drinking one sugary drink or less per day, brushing twice per day, and flossing every day. If you are have a low income, most states in the USA provide free medical and dental services at health departments. There are dozens of free dental clinics traveling the country if you just bother to show up.

Yes, it's a decent deal in 2024.
