Definitely. They're amongst the best bars I've had in terms of limiting blood sugar spike (I wear a continuous monitor) so definitely solid for a keto diet. Also, completely subjectively, these are some of the tastiest of the keto-friendly bars I've tried.

I ordered the Chewy Chocolate Chip to try them and have to return them. They use peanut flour, so if you have a peanut allergy, don't buy these.

I had one of those last week for the first time and struggled to finish it! very 'tarry' for me. stuck to my teeth and hard to chew. but was def attracted to those numbers
