Bought this game when the deal initially posted. It has been absolutely fantastic, even more so with friends. Server issues did exist but they've since increased the capacity and things seem to be going well for now. If you've been hesitant to pull the trigger at all, NOW would be the perfect time to do so.

As someone who has been playing this daily in the evenings. I haven't had any connection or server issues. They have handled it fine and significantly increased server capacity. Incase anyone is wondering.

Bought this game about a week ago. It is a fun game but without 4 friends your going to run into some of the issues I've been facing.I can see this game getting fun once you level up to 50 and some of the toxic players have gotten bored and stopped playing. The only question is if I'm going to quit playing before they do. Here are some of my complaints:

Toxicity: Playing with randoms you will get team killed on purpose and they wont re-spawn you. I've finished a mission and the team kicked me before we ex-filled. People quit mid mission, they call airstrikes on the team or keep dying to waste re-spawns.
Repetitive Missions: I'm still only level 13 out of 50 and it seems we're stuck doing the same repetitive missions over and over. There are a lot of escort or wave fighting missions.
Difficulty: Jumping from Medium to Challenging difficulty is a huge difference if you don't have a full squad of 4 players you can trust. The higher level you play, the faster you can unlock items because you earn more.

But I play with friends so maybe it's Quick play that's causing issues?

Yeah... I just put the refund request in. I played the other day when I bought it, and I got kicked when I was playing with randoms. None of my friends were interested in it. So I'd just be playing with randoms.

Whats funny is that these idiots can turn off matchmaking but they leave it on and ruin the game for everyone. This toxicity will kill the player base quick especially at the lower levels.

Oh wow, I haven't run into any of those issues with toxicity myself. I've only been playing for less than a week and am at level 14, but haven't had people doing intentional team-killing and malicious kicking and such. Hopefully that's not a common occurrence.

I have not seen any server wait times but there are good amount of disconnects. It is frustrating to keep getting disconnected when you're just finished with a mission or close to it. There is also a known issue with AMD Graphics. I am only able to run this game on LOW settings with my high-end 7900 xtx setup. Hopefully they will fix this issue soon. Overall, very fun game; especially with co-op.

The server wait time should no longer be an issue. They added an AFK auto kick feature that fixed this as of last week. They may have also added more servers, I'm just not sure.

Sucks there is an issue with AMD graphics, as much as I respect AMD for what they have accomplished I hate the little headaches attached to them when you prioritize your PC for gaming.

According to the CEO, the issue couldn't be solved by just adding more servers. Their backend code couldn't handle the number of players. They had to patch the coding to accommodate the large number of connected to the game.

They definitely didn't anticipate this game to be that successful. Palworld also had the same unexpected success. I think there just isnt much out there for gamers at the moment. Warzone is getting stale, BF2042 was DOA, Destiny 2 was delayed, etc…

There was noway anyone could have guessed over half a million players playing at all once. If you could have then you might want to start getting into game dev. This is expected they are not a AAA game company. They are doing better then almost all AAA game companies as of right now.
