Side note- I want to buy a Costco hot tub but need a membership so any lower deal that the Groupon membership one for $60 for Gold Star Membership + $20 Costco Shop Card?

You sign up thru the link thru swagbucks. You will have $15 pending for 32 days. Then cash out with PayPal or a gift card.

If you are going to buy a hot tub, which I assume is going to run you a lot of money, you may want to look at just getting the Executive Club membership. It's $120/year, but you get 2% back. So if we assume this hot tub is going to be $5000, that's $100 back, dropping your membership cost to $20. And that's just on the one purchase. If you shop there for other stuff, you may find it more than covers the whole annual fee.
