This is a step above a candy bar, but it's still terrible macros for the calorie/sugar content/size, it's easy to do better.
I'm not saying people shouldn't eat them either, if you want a treat I'd say go for it, they aren't terrible, but they aren't super healthy either, just don't overdo it and you'll be fine.

Every day I see people who hear something is healthier than "XYZ" so they eat too much of the "healthier" alternative, not realizing that it can be just as bad because they are overdoing it thinking it's ok, where as people are more likely to self regulate their intake with candy bars.
So TLDR, totally eat them, eat whatever you want within reason, just saying it's best to treat them as a candy bar, and only have them in moderation

So, your claim that these are as processed as a candy bar isn't true. I again agree with everything else you said though.

The main things you have to look out for in ANY food, and this can be a problem both in foods considered more processed and minimally processed foods alike, are things like high sodium, high saturated fats, and high sugars/carbs... They're all fine in moderation of course, but foods that contain high percentages of them, should be eaten in moderation even for an otherwise healthy person, and very limited in those with FLD/diabetes etc.
