I'm not sure these would have that sort of issue, but I personally just switched to Bob's Red Mill after I saw this article.
That's easy enough to make on my own and cheap. I guess reading what people say this stuff is just okay.

We love these, but ditto that this is a super easy DIY. Oats, milk, sweetener, some fruit on top. You can control the portions better, too.
