Nope, it's been 30 days exactly since my second deposit of 500
I just applied for a Wells Fargo CC that denied me right after I submitted my application online. Found out my application was 'on hold' because my Experian account was frozen so they couldn't pull a report.
From reading many user comments and experiences from this, some have said a few companies will say you're denied when you're actually not. They just needed more info from you to move forward but they don't communicate it at all.
Moral of the story, getting denied may not necessarily mean you're denied. Contact them if you care enough to get that card.

Edit: just got off the phone with Capital One and they said at the earliest June 10 and the latest August 9th. My deposit requirements were fulfilled May 26th.

Capitol One is a mess of a company. I wanted to open an account with them 25 years ago, and they mixed my credit rating with my father's (different middle name and they took my SS number).
The second time, they mixed me up with a total stranger with a different middle initial.
I gave up on those clowns. Then they took over my ING online banking account
