I bought it for using with an xbox and work. From what i understand hdmi 2.0 won't handle 4k@120fps so i need to buy an active hdmi to displayport adapter to play 4k@120fps via displayport

Have this same exact debate. Would welcome anyone's input. Thinking I'll pull the trigger on the Costco option before it expires 4/14, simply for ease of returning if I change my mind
I run two 27" 2k monitors currently, but was thinking of getting the to be my center monitor then run the 27s in portrait mode.
Most of my work is business/finance/large PDFs, so lots of screen time, but nothing too demanding at all. Thought the 34 would be less eye strain 8-10hrs/days, then the 27s for Teams, email, phone, etc.
While I do game a little, I fine myself falling back into StarCraft and the like, even if I can run newee games. Maybe I'm just too old... 🧓
