I can't recommend this monitor enough. $250 is amazing new from Costco.
You can also slap on a cross hair for epic gaming, but for work with Excel files and such, the clarity is very good with my work's Thinkpad x1. (My Ark is too much and lags)

Can someone tell if this is good for a Xbox Series X?
I bought it for using with an xbox and work. From what i understand hdmi 2.0 won't handle 4k@120fps so i need to buy an active hdmi to displayport adapter to play 4k@120fps via displayport

yes, but the display is only QWHD which is not 4k. The bigger issues is would there be black bars on the sides or would the image be streched since its ultra wide
This or the LG 32" 4K UHD (32UN550-W) they have in warehouse for $249.99? Usage is 80% business apps and 20% light gaming (Baldurs Gate 3 and Marvel SNAP).
Received mine today. Gotta say im not happy with it. The HDR looks terrible and the backlight makes a very high pitched noise the brighter it is. I assume this is not normal. Going to try and exchange it.

Have this same exact debate. Would welcome anyone's input. Thinking I'll pull the trigger on the Costco option before it expires 4/14, simply for ease of returning if I change my mind

I run two 27" 2k monitors currently, but was thinking of getting the to be my center monitor then run the 27s in portrait mode.
Most of my work is business/finance/large PDFs, so lots of screen time, but nothing too demanding at all. Thought the 34 would be less eye strain 8-10hrs/days, then the 27s for Teams, email, phone, etc.
While I do game a little, I fine myself falling back into StarCraft and the like, even if I can run newee games. Maybe I'm just too old... 🧓
