Excellent chair. Way better than gaming and leather chairs which are hot, smelly and sweaty. The mesh permits air flow keeping you cool and dry which is key if you are sitting for longer periods of time. It also dissipates farts flawlessly.

Bought this 4+ years ago and I recommend it. It's the best bang for buck at a reasonable price. If I was going to upgrade from it, I'd be looking at Herman Miller-class chairs. I've used bonded leather "gaming" and "executive" chairs in the past, ergonomic mesh is all you need until you're ready to spend $1000. I'll probably keep it until it breaks, and I haven't had any issues up to this point.

Just bought it.. seemed like a good chair for tall peeps.. staple seems to do a good job honoring their warranty and making it painless.. I expect this to go front page. I accidentally discovered the post and was patiently waiting for it.. Thanks OP

it's a cheap chair, but I have gotten warranty parts easily. One was split armrest, and one was a replacement hydraulic pump because it clicked when I leaned back.

mine also has a plastic creak somewhere. I dunno where it's coming from.

Does this thing tilt/rock back? I got one and have turned the knob to loose...and then some, but can't get it to give.

I purchased the smaller version of this that was front page just 2 weeks ago, the Hyken. I tried to love it but perhaps I was expecting too much from the price point. I did appreciate the quality of the mech, the swivel, the tilt, and just about everything except for the lumbar support, which for me was lacking. It only adjusted vertically, not horizontally which limited its comfort for me. For those looking for full adjustable lumbar support, Id suggest looking elsewhere. If not, then these are excellent given their price range.

I have had this chair for over 4 years. it's one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever had. I went to staples and sat on all the ones they had (cheap to expensive). This one was the most comfortable and I still enjoy sitting in it for hours. Working from home.
I am 6'2 , 205lbs.

Highly recommend for the price
