Excellent price. I just installed one and am mostly very happy with it.
Clear installation instructions.
Clear app.
Fast notifications.
I think there's a better deal in the Amazon Warehouse "like new" stock. Right now I'm seeing $23.75 + another $6 off.. which makes a $17 video doorbell a steal.
there are some gripes I have . but hopefully their product evolves to fix these.
1) recording to SD cards 24x7 will need an Endurance card. I think it chewed out a normal SD card after 3 days with corrupt files. Waiting on a Samsung Pro Endurance card to be shipped to see if that is more durable.
2) only 24x7 recording available. It doesn't record selectively only when motion or person is detected. If that is implemented, it will significantly increase the life of SD cards and storage use only for interesting events rather than 24x7.
3) The smart action ecosystem is weak.. can't trigger the chime for motion or person detection. it only sounds when doorbell is pressed.
but otherwise a solid product for the price.

If you click on the warehouse item, it shows that it applies.
Now during the order process yes the coupon is not applying, but a quick chat with Amazon customer service should have them apply the coupon value
Here are the manufacturer's specs on the video, if that helps:
Video Video Compression H.264
Frame Rate 15 fps
Video Streaming 3 MP HD (2304 x 1296 pixels)
Audio Compression G.711
There's a table here: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/3048/

On iPhone app, correct. However on iPad app and on a computer doesn't show up for warehouse, so YMMV.
Price, where need to be in title.

Product page says for those it notifies you on phone/app - maybe Alexa too?

I would like the option.. yes the notifications are fast but I could miss them as I'm not staring at the phone all the time. So an audible chime notification would be nice.
Other products like Ring do sound the chime on motion detection.
yes Google Home does connect seamlessly to Kasa (they make so many other smart home products). My Google speaker does chirp an audible voice notification in response. But for those that don't have that setup, it feels pretty trivial that their software should have the ability to trigger the chime for motion/person detection too.. and not just doorbell presses.
again.. just an option.. people that don't care for that feature can turn it off.
