Interesting enough, the terms and conditions for the free tickets state that it is for platinum and diamond Xfinity reward members, so it seems like they accidentally put it on gold and silver accounts instead of platinum and diamond or the terms and conditions are incorrect...

if you redeemed in the morning when it mistakenly said you'd get 2 (but only got a code for 1) and now redeemed again when the error was fixed.

I just tried again today to see what showed up and now the free tickets offer popped up. you must have an Xfinity account ( i'm a platinum account and Fandango) it's RESERVED seating for now it seems- sorry, it's my first time posting here
