I have a galaxy book pro, and both the camera and mouse pad failed on me within 2 years of use. Very frustrating experience - I found out my webcam wasn't working when testing my setup for a large client demo. I don't baby my products, but I've never dropped or spilled anything on the laptop. I mainly use it as a terminal now. Shame as the screen is gorgeous and the laptop itself is very light (without a dedicated GPU).

Yup, OG book and books were fragile creatures. Don't know if non pro are still the same, but have Heard great things of pro versions across all of them

$423 to $1275 with edu and trade in of a book3 pro (purchased for $795 from Amazon in December). Not a bad trade in value of 500 to 700 depending on model...but what is better from book3 pro to any of the book4s?

And these will drop in price heavily later anyway. Probably better to wait for the drop, then sell the book 3. I got $450 for my book2, purchased for $440 and used for two years.

ALL laptops drop in price "later". For launch and newest features, at this point in time, these are great prices IF u have a relevant trade in.

Book 3 Pro upgrade? No, not at any cost almost, simply not worth it

Mine has failed touch input but s-pen and camera works.
It just wasn't built to last. Screen panel was too thin and wobbly (bending).
