Yes. They are decent hiking shoes for the light hiker. Be sure to wear socks that cover your Achilles where the shoe touches it. If you wear no show socks, the back of the shoe will cause a blister on your Achilles. Wearing socks that cover that part of the shoe prevents this. I hope this is clear, it is to me. 😂. Basically, wear anklet height or taller socks with these.

I never understood why they market these for running 🏃 on the trail type shoes. You shouldn't be running on trails at all because of the uneven, bumpy and rough terrain. That's a recipe for broken ankles or worse. I'm sure these shoes 👟 will do the job.
Some people, such as myself, are adrenaline junkies and have ADHD so running on the street is terribly boring. The only running I can really tolerate is on hiking trails and I love bouncing off rocks and and off short drops and trees and stuff so these types of shoes with the aggressive traction come in handy so that I'm not slipping on pine needles as much or leaves and whatever else is on the trail.

Anyone know if these are narrow? I don't always get wide but some models seem tight.

Are these any good for traveling? I want semi lightweight shoes that'll withstand walking around cities and occasional small hikes.

These look cool but I like waterproof footwear in the woods. Good price if you need simple outdoor shoes.

Spoken like a guy that has worn low socks and got a blister on the back of his Achilles!

I am also looking for "one shoe" traveling shoe and wondering if this will fit the bill...

I will also say in my research it seems mixed whether or not trail runners are actually good travel shoes, the grip may wear down fast if mostly walking on concrete/hard surfaces. So I am leaning no on these. Looks like a good price, though and the reviews on Adidas are like 4.7

I ran 50 miles on trails at an average pace of 8:30 per mile. Trails are for walking AND running. It's an entire sport of determined and impressive individuals. Your argument is incredible invalid. Also I've run in these shoes. They're not the best but they're also not the worst. Solid shoe for easy miles.

Yeah I've trail run with multiple terrex shoes before, that's not a problem.
