Truth. I have two 5.0 batteries. Ones dead the other is almost died hopefully it's works this spring…. Also one of my backpack blowers is dead as well. Terrible customer service and warranty from my experience too

Thanks. Placed Order. I used to own a Greenworks corded lawnmower, trash quality, motor melted the plastic shell and fell off. That's many years ago. I hope greenworks is doing better now. Otherwise, I will return to Costco and say goodbye to greenworks.

Bought it last May at this price. Good blower, but failed after a month of light use. Replacement process was painless tho. New one has worked so far, but the light ring on the battery randomly goes solid when the battery is attached to the blower.

Amazon hack worked for me I canceled the battery before it shipped and had already received blower extra battery dissappeared on amazon but my charge card was corrected for 187 + tax

I just ordered this combo. When I look at the invoice it has the 2 items listed separately the 2.5 amp battery is $112.34 and the blower with 5 amp and charger is $187.65. Just looked at Eco replacement battery prices on Amazon, might as well buy a new blower with a battery then a stand alone 5 amp battery!

For those who able to get the extra battery refund, I am curious what is your battery cost is before the return.

I order the blower and extra battery this morning. My order has not shipped yet and when looking at the order, the extra battery is listed at $94.72.

Is that what you all see? Will I be able to get $112 back after the extra battery return?

I am tempted to buy the trimmer at Costco. It dropped to $199 a couple days ago. Didn't see the blower for sale. I recently bought the mower there too and it ran awesome though it should since it's brand new. The benefit is no matter what, you can return the items at Costco anytime. Also the batteries are 8 yr. warranties.

Can someone help me. A long while back someone was explaining to me that a certain model ego blower…not the strongest one but maybe 1 or two rungs below that, was like 99% of the top models power but also with a significantly quiet and less LOUD by volume level and sound HARSHNESS.

Anyone know what model would line up with that description or match these priorities? Thanks

Are you using app or browser? I dont have the option to cancel individual item in the app and the browser forces you to select all. The listed price is also $205.27 and $94.72, so I think they might have fixed this "hack"

Same for me in iOS app only shows the bundle as available to cancel and on desktop if you try to cancel just the battery, now $94.72, it is unable to process. Guess you have to wait for delivery and return the extra battery making the blower with 5Ah $205

Thanks for the heads up. I've been just removing the tube entirely which seems to do a decent enough job, but this should be better with slightly longer necked down tube.
