I need shoes that will help me run. The UB shoes are great for the cushioning and the impact on the heel when you land while running. But there is no propel action on the front part of the shoe. The description of these say that they have a good propel action. Is it good for propel at all or just marketing?

I wish they will manufacture shoes that have UB at the heel and some springy propel action at the forefoot.

Honestly I don't wear them in areas where I would have to deal with those. But I think if the pebbles were small enough to get in the holes, they would be able to get knocked out of it with a few slaps of the shoes itself.
