This might be of help to some with questions.

-Ordered iPhone 11 on 03/01
-Paid Google $3 moments before ordering the iPhone (though that shouldn't really make a difference)
-Received the phone today 03/05
-GV number is active on the phone, with no issues

Metro also has a Tablet deal; add a line for $20, get a free tablet. I'll post about it once I receive it.

Yes for these main reasons:

-you're getting a brand new battery that holds its own against the newest models
-iOS updates will continue for several more years (iOS 17 is currently compatible to the XR, 3 models prior to the 12)
-the average user will not notice a difference between a 12 and higher models (camera, performance, etc.)
-a brand new 12 starts at over $600

Personally, trade-in value is so hit and miss on getting a good deal, I don't consider it.

Great answer and
1 year apple warranty.
If it was paid with cc which offers extended warranty then more.

I got an error that my cox mobile account/ pin info is incorrect but still went to payment. there payment wasnt going through and chrome crashed.
Now when i start a new order I get an error that the number cant be ported "Unfortunately, this number can't be transferred. Try another number or choose a new number to continue." support is just wasting my time. and i think the iphone 12 will be out of stock soon.

The battery is at minimum 2 year old at best unless Apple is still making the phone as of 2024.

Placed order for iphone 11 and got through all the way to verification questions. Failed the test and now get this error "Sorry, you are not eligible to add a new line. Please contact support to discover the reason for ineligibility. 1-888-8metro8"

Now I am in limbo hell....

This was for add a line. Support is not trained well and when I bring up the error with ordering they have no idea whats going on. I was also charged $40 for the plan
The $40 charge is temporary hold if your checkout didn't go through, it will be released in few days... Relax

the credit card warranties are generally till the price paid. if they realize you paid $99 only they will only cover upto that.

Same. They have about the flimsiest system I've ever used. And don't call them. I did because everytime you get that message, your Google Voice number gets stuck in purgatory where you can't start a new transfer with it but you can't relock it in GVoice. The people I spoke with were bonkers. Just saying the weirdest shit about thanking god I am nice and it was their birthday. They didn't see the deal so I just hung up. This is the same worthless level of support Sprint used to offer. Way to go TMobile.

The interesting part is the iOS was 17.2 when I opened it. Brand new, Apple sealed. But even at 2 years, the battery is brand new.
