Should obviously only apply to purchases made after they changed the rules.

You can actually get the iPhone 11 for $40 if you are already on Metro and add a port in line with the $40 plan. I got the Stylus 5G for $40, activated it, then added the iPhone 11 for $40. Waiting to get the iPhone 11 delivered today so I can activate it and and the Samsung tablet for $20

You either get the discount price at ordering (with the $65 plan) or you don't. There's no money returned to your card.
