So its been 22 hours at this point and still not working. My first attempt yesterday let me type in my credit card info, but I have never made it back to that screen again. Any ideas?

I ordered another Samsung A15 from QVC yesterday for my senior friend. This QVC deal is $85. with using the $15. off code NEW2024 for new customers (I've ordered previous items), but I used a different email and it gave me the discount. It comes with the 1500 talk, text, data, case, cig lighter power cord, standard power cord and the plug of which my A15 from Total did not come with the plug. I like the 60 day unlock on Verizon vs the 6 month wait on Metro. Solid phone regardless of carrier.
