Its activated as per their email but no service.
I ported a #. What to do? My call went to S Africa!
but no worry, your phone will be activated on day 21 of shipping , and will be eligible to get unlocked after 180 days of activation regardless!

I also opened the box with the USB cable - nope.
Does it have anything to do with porting of the #?

I made mistake opening this as 2nd line with the Moto which line is now suspended due to non-paying making the whole account suspended. Not sure if they will let me exchange. I'm going to try some of the tips to see if they improves the battery.
