If I don't like my Razr Flip and wanted to sell it on eBay, what would the process be if it was purchased 2 months ago?

Do I need to remove it from some account or something?

What about stuff that's sealed beyond the return period, like one of those ole TCL tablets?

Thanks!
if its been 60 days since non payment the account is deleted and imei is free. Check IMEI for Metro if says its active or not.

What happens if you sell it before the IMEI becomes free? Or trade it in somewhere?

Can't tell Metro's customer service to remove it from your old account?

So has anyone ordered anything today without getting overcharged? I know about the s23fe glitch already, and it is doing the same while trying to get the Razr.

One piece of advise would be stay away. Metro customer service is nightmare. It is not worth your time to argue with them.

Best way to deal with Metro is without interaction with customer service that means deal should be straightforward and everything should look good i.e. final total of the order.

So I should be ok if the final order page says around $150? I saw people's posts saying they got charged twice!

I finally succeeded in getting an s23fe. I had to refresh the page numerous times and also had to delete the cache multiple times. Failed porting-in (and wasted) another Tracfone number but eventually worked with GV number. Virtual card with $100 limit didn't work. Finally worked on a $400 (set previously) limit card. I was correctly charged!

I wouldn't recommend going through the process as it can go wrong any time if you don't pay close attention. If you really want to try your luck, here's a few tips:

(1) Use a GV number.
(2) If the price changes at any stage, reload the page. Sometime you may have to do it multiple times. If it still doesn't change to the correct price, delete the cache and start over.
(3) Try a virtual card with a limit under $200 first. Do not increase the limit to more than $600.
(4) Take a screenshot or print the page to PDF at every step for your records
(5) Save your receipt and check your credit charge!

Edit: when you first enter your number, you're likely to see the $199 price. Ignore it and proceed to add the $40 plan. After both are in the cart, it's time to play the page reloading the trick!

Thank you, I appreciate it! I bought a att port number off eBay so I want to use it soon. I'm going to make a virtual card on privacy and try to order one with your tips provided.

How to activate?

I ordered A15 via phone call and received the phone yesterday.
Clicked the Metro Activate website page, and entered the order number, last name, and zip code.
The next page shows "There is delay in your shipment" and can't click the "Activate" at the bottom of the page.
Tried to chat support, but doesn't help.

Somehow Metro thought your phone hasn't been delivered yet. Keep trying in the next few days. Eventually the Activate button will become clickable.

Mine shows: Passed. Then under "Extra" says: active:No - preActive:Yes
I think 60 days is up, can't find the paperwork right now to verify. Is this ok to sell and be used on Metro?

If you still have access to your metro account and can download the metro app on the phone you want to sell you can "transfer service " to another device (you'd need a spare imei number) and then you'll disassociate the imei on the iphone you want to sell from metro so it can be used elsewhere on metro. I did this myself
