I work in Networking for the company and have had to assist in tracking employees using 5G wireless home internet, and had to assist in terminating some employees who fail to change over after they were warned.
So maybe you should know something about a subject before calling it false.

I signed up for their service because they allow for a 30 day trial before you are billed and can cancel at any time. Although the service map said I would have service, I was only getting single digit download speeds regardless of the placement of the device.
At that point I had received the promotional Xbox although it was unopened. Regardless, there is no way to return it and to cancel I would be billed the MSRP of the Xbox.
