I am a international student, is there anyway to bypass SSN and Driver id requirement if doing online? Any help appreciated

Thats correct, if that account has 1 line associated with it then after 60 days it gets closed automatically. ATT rep confirmed it

You will get email from ATT when account is active. You can cancel after setting up that account but I'd wait till they send a notification for pickup.

I don't think so. You will need SSN for creating the ATT account. If you know someone who has an ATT account, you can add a line to that account and cancel.

I placed an order today and its ready for pickup. However I have not yet picked up. I tried via Google voice porting and have created the account on ATT. The cancellation department will be available only on Monday it seems. Would it be ok for me to cancel it on Monday?

As per the chat CS - 8003310500 - ATT - Loyalty dept. is available until 9.00 pm PST and I used that to cancel. Wait time was 15 minutes.
