Seems like others are having success, but this means AT&T could enforce the $60 fee for the first month, right? Or is there something else that supersedes this?

the email came, I clicked for activate and then it shows the BB order confirmation page
I guess it was waiting on email confirmation and I never checked the email.

2. My phone is showing "Being packaged for shipping" on BB. Delivery is scheduled for Wed Mar 6th. When will be the best time to call and cancel the line/account?
