Ordered the Q900C ETA 5/2 via edu discount. Before tax it's $462.
Recently got a Samsung OLED TV so it'd be capable of Q-Symphony set up.
My current setup uses a receiver, 20 year old 3.1 speakers and I also have a wired headphone connected to the receiver's phono port to listen at night.
Maybe I have to use optical audio cable from TV to receiver to use the wire headphone at night.

Is the 800c discontinued due to 800d? Will Samsung get more stock?
It has been clearing out for a few months so their inventory could be gone already. Keep an eye on woot and amazon if you can't wait for a good EPP deal on the 800D.

Yeah. I am monitoring constantly. Saw refurbished q800c on ebay with 2 years warranty yesterday. It got sold in a day lol. Hence was curious if I should buy something similar or wait for samsung.
