I never stumble on cool stuff like this! Decent kit to toss in the car.
I've been using this site to get around that. https://bugmenot.com
This is the kit that was on sale for $99 every 5 seconds.

Have 10 at a store like 14 miles away but shows MSRP of $199.99. I know it could be lower like post in-store but it was originally 200?

Bug Me Not has brickseek sign-ins: https://bugmenot.com/view/brickseek.com

But brickseek is so unreliable these days, I don't even bother.

Your unit of measure is only slightly off. Try more like a handful of times a year.

Not to mention, this is still a true slickdeal @70.

I don't disagree, it is a good deal at 70, and maybe even at the 99 price that it was at every 5 seconds. Wink

So if folks want reviews on the kit, they are out there a-plenty. Or to summarize, good kit, good tools, lots of filler bits; if you don't have a collection of mechanic's tools already this would be a good starter.

Nice tool kit for $70, but unfortunately all the stores near me are at $199 (at least according to brickseek) which is a ridiculous price.

If you rely on online information for clearance deals, you're quite likely to miss out on deals that people who are willing to go to the store may find.

Yep, I understand and I agree, but for me the nearest HD is a bit of a hike, so not worth it going there if it's likely the price is not $70. I know I could be missing out relying on brickseek.
